Graphic designer, administrative assistant...what's the difference?

So, they want a graphic designer, but they don't want to pay a designer's salary so they change the title to "administrative assistant" (I guess they forgot to change the headline to match). 

Even more disturbing is what I saw at the bottom of the page...

So much competition for such a piss-poor salary!
